Open Bill Groups and create a new group for a trip, flat, or hangout. Add the people who share expenses, then start logging spends. No sign-in is required.

Inside a group, add an expense with amount, payer, participants, date, and optional notes. Amounts stay in the currency you enter — AASettle does not convert exchange rates.

Choose equal, exact amounts, percentage, or share splits for each expense. Balances update so you can see who owes whom inside the group. Different currencies are tracked separately and are not auto-added together.

When you are ready to settle up, AASettle suggests a short list of transfers to clear balances. Mark each transfer as done as people pay each other outside the app. You can share a PDF or settlement summary; AASettle does not process payments.

Yes. Scan or upload a receipt, then review and edit detected fields (subtotal, tax, service charge, tip, and related amounts) before you rely on them. Recognition runs on your device; please verify values, especially on faded or unusual receipts.

Use the in-app backup export to save a local backup file, then restore it later on the same or another device. There is no cloud sync — you keep and transfer the backup yourself.

Delete individual groups or expenses in the app, clear app data from your device settings, or uninstall AASettle. Uninstalling removes the app’s local storage on that device. System backups or device migrations may still retain copies until you remove them there.
